ICU における主観的睡眠評価法を用いた 周術期患者に対する睡眠の質の分析

Abstract

集中治療室（intensive care unit：ICU）に入室した患者の睡眠の質と，それに影響を及ぼす因子を明らかにするためにリ チャードキャンベル睡眠調査票（The Richards-Campbell Sleep Questionnaire：RCSQ）を用いたアンケートと半構造化面接 を行った．RCSQの平均点が42点で先行文献との比較から低値であることが分かり，面接からは3のカテゴリーと11のサブ カテゴリーの睡眠阻害要因が抽出された．主に入眠障害と熟眠障害の2つが生じており，今後も主観的睡眠評価の継続と個別 的ケアの実践が求められる．

We conducted a half-structured interview and a questionnaire survey using Richards-Campbell Sleep Questionnaire (RCSQ) to elucidate the factors affecting the quality of sleep in the patients admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU). The mean RCSQ score was 42 points, which was lower than the values reported in the literature. From the results of the interview we extracted the factors inhibiting sleep in 3 categories and 11 subcategories. The main disorders were mainly sleep onset insomnia and shallow sleep. The subjective sleep evaluation should be continued and each patient should receive individual care
