Abstract: 患者の高齢化や在院日数の短縮化など医療や看護を取り巻く環境の変化,患者の権利意識の高まりを受け,看護職に対する社会の需要は年々高くなっている.その中で,看護学生への教育の在り方やそれを受け入れる臨地実習施設における教育体制の整備が必要とされている.社会が求める次世代の看護職を養成する指導者の育成が必要とされており,全職員が新人看護職員に関心を持ち,皆で育てる組織文化の構築が重要である.
The social demand for more nurses is increasing year by year due to the change in the medical and nursing environment, such as the increase in the number of patients advanced in age and shortened length of hospital stay, and due to the increase in awareness of patient’s rights. Under this situation, the educational system for nursing students at the facilities for practice needs to be developed. Leaders to nurture the next generation nurses need to be trained. Furthermore, it is important that all staff have concern of the new nurses and construct the organizational culture for their education.
