血液浄化センターの災害訓練に対する備えと課題

Abstract

血液浄化センターでは災害への対応として，設備面の強化やスタッフ教育などを行ってきた．その一環として，2017 年度か ら透析治療中に患者参加型の地震災害初動訓練を行い，2018 年度で現在通院中の全ての外来維持透析患者に対しての訓練が行 えた．しかし，透析スタッフでは看護師以外は兼任であるため，全スタッフが訓練に参加することは出来なかった．そこで，災 害訓練への参加がスタッフ，患者に対してどのような影響を与えるのかを聞き取り調査した結果，訓練への参加は危機意識の 向上に直結することが明らかとなった． 今後も継続的に訓練を行い，危機意識の向上を図ると共に，未だ実施出来ていない避難訓練や透析患者受け入れ支援体制の 構築を目指す．

Blood Purification Center has been strengthening facilities and carrying out staff education to prepare for disasters. As part of the training, last year we began patient participatory training during their dialysis treatment. All of the out-patients receiving dialysis treatment in this fiscal year were able to participate in the training. However, some of the non-nurse staff who were concurrently assigned to other tasks could not take part in the training. We conducted a survey on the effect of the training on the staff and patients who participated in the disaster training. We found that the participation in training was directly linked to improvement in crisis awareness. In the future, we will continue to conduct training to improve crisis awareness, and will try to establish a support system for evacuation training and dialysis patient acceptance that has not been implemented yet.
