当院におけるVTE診療と臨床検査技師の関わり

Abstract

当院では，多職種により構成された静脈血栓塞栓症（ venous thromboembolism：VTE）対策チームが活動しており，臨床検査技師も参加をしている．活動内容としては，VTE発生時のチーム医師による各診療科との連携に加えて，多職種によるミーティングやラウンド，院内研修会による啓発を行っている．臨床検査技術科では，下肢静脈エコー検査や心エコー検査等を行っているが，チーム活動の中で下肢静脈血栓発見時の心エコー検査追加等の対応を取り決めた事で，迅速にVTEの重症度判定まで行うことが可能となった．これにより，VTEに対して生理検査室内で必要な検査を一連として行って円滑に治療へ繋げられるようになったと思われる．

The venous thromboembolism（ VTE）-team，which consists of members with various occupations including clinical technicians, has been active in our hospital．Doctors of the VTE-team collaborate with doctors in each department when treating the VTE patients．Also，the team holds multidisciplinary meetings and rounds，as well as educational hospital workshops．Clinical technicians in the Department of Clinical Testing Technology perform echocardiography and ultrasonography of the leg veins．The consensus to perform echocardiography simultaneously when ultrasonography of the leg veins showed VTE，enabled us to determine the severity of VTE immediately．We have been able to perform essential examinations for the diagnosis of VTE as a series in our department，which leads to the efficient treatment of VTE．
