| dc.description.abstract | 正常血糖ケトアシドーシス（EDKA）は，血糖値が顕著に上昇せず，診断が困難なことがあり，治療の遅れは死亡につながる。今回，SGLT2阻害薬，アルコール多飲，食事摂取不良を背景としたEDKAを経験した。SGLT2阻害薬は血糖管理がしやすく，心保護，腎保護作用もあるが，EDKAの発症に注意が必要であり，SGLT2阻害薬服用中でAG開大性アシドーシスを認めた場合は血糖が正常範囲内でもEDKAを疑い，迅速βヒドロキシ酪酸の測定が有用であることを学んだ。 | ja_JP |
