外来化学療法センター栄養指導の取り組み（第 2 報）

Abstract

近年，外来化学療法患者が増えている．化学療法中の体重減少や栄養障害は治療継続にも影響し，患者個々の状態にあわせ た栄養管理が求められるが，当院において入院に比べて外来での栄養食事指導の機会は少ない．外来化学療法センターでの栄 養指導を拡充するため，多職種で連携し栄養指導の必要な患者を抽出し栄養指導介入へつなげる体制を構築した．

Patients on chemotherapy at the outpatient clinic are on the increase. Management of nutrition according to the condition of each patient is important since weight loss and malnutrition during chemotherapy affect the continuation of therapy. However, as compared to the inpatients, the outpatients have less opportunity to receive nutritional guidance. In order to provide better nutri tional guidance at the outpatient chemotherapy center, we developed a system to support nutritional intervention by extracting the patients requiring nutritional guidance with the cooperation of a multidisciplinary team.
