新型コロナウイルス専門調整部会のロジスティックス支援について

Abstract

未曾有の新型コロナウイルス感染症の流行により，災害時と同様に指揮命令系統及び情報伝達等で混乱が大きく生じた． 前線のオペレーションを支えるために事務職及びコメディカル職員が積極的にロジスティックスに参加することで，組織運 営が上手く軌道に乗ることができたため，今後同様の新興感染症等の緊急対応時に今回の内容を参考にできるよう記録を残す ものである．

The unprecedented novel coronavirus (COVID-19) disease has caused chaos in the chain of command and communication similar to that occurring in cases of disaster. The participation of the office workers and co-medical staff in the logistics to support the frontline operation, helped put the organizational management on the right track. We will leave a record of these procedures to serve as a reference to enable prompt response in future emergency situations such as in the case of a new infectious disease.
