頬部に発生した紡錘細胞脂肪腫の 1 例

Abstract

脂肪腫の一亜型である紡錘細胞脂肪腫は，顎口腔領域に発生することはきわめてまれである．今回われわれは，頬部に生じ た紡錘細胞脂肪腫の 1 例を経験したので報告した．患者は 59 歳男性で，左側頬部の無痛性腫瘤を自覚し，当科に紹介受診した． 触診にて左側頬部に直径約20?mm，境界明瞭で可動性のある無痛性の腫瘤を認めた．全身麻酔下にて腫瘍摘出術を施行した．摘 出標本の組織病理学的検査にて紡錘細胞脂肪腫の診断であった．術後約 2 年経過しているが，再発はなく経過良好である．

Spindle cell lipoma, a subtype of lipoma, is rarely found in the oral cavity. We report a rare case of spindle cell lipoma of the cheek. A 59-year-old man was referred to our department because of a painless mass of the cheek. A clinical examination revealed a mobile, well-demarcated, 20 mm-diameter mass in the left cheek. The tumor was removed under general anesthesia. A histo pathological examination of the surgical specimen showed spindle cell lipoma. There have been no signs of recurrence for ap proximately 2 years after the resection.
