訪問看護研修報告 小児科病棟での継続支援

Abstract

地域では，少子高齢化・核家族化が進み，在宅ケアの必要性が高まっている．小児でも，医療的ケア児等の増加に伴い，訪問看護を利用した継続支援の需要が高まっている．入退院支援看護師は，スムーズな入院・治療・退院をめざして活動しており，在宅に向けての支援について学ぶために研修を受講した．その学びを部署での退院支援に生かしている．

Low birthrate and advance of age in the local community accompanied by the growing number of nuclear families have increased the need of home care. With the increase in the number of children receiving medical care, the demand for continuous support by home-visiting nurse has increased even for children. The nurse in charge,has been working to support the patient receiving treatment from hospitalization to discharge. I took part in a training course on home care. I have been able to use the knowledge I obtained to support the discharge of patients in my ward.
