リンパ浮腫外来を始めて

Abstract

リンパ浮腫は患者のQOL を低下させる．リンパ浮腫は発症すると治らずケアを継続しながら付き合っていく必要がある．リンパ浮腫外来を開設してから利用した11 名を経験した．高齢や独居であってもセルフケアを継続できるように，患者にあったケア方法を提案していくことが必要である．

The onset of lymphedema lowers the quality of life in lymphedema patients. It is necessary to be able to provide continuous care since the edema does not heal easily after onset. The eleven patients visiting the lymphedema outpatient clinic after it was started were retrospectively analyzed. It is important to provide each patient with adequate suggestions on the method of care so that the patient can continue selfcare even if they are elderly or living alone.
