病院厚生会事業の在り方と重要性

Abstract

病院職員が職種の垣根を越えて多職種との交流を図り，福利厚生の一環として事業を行っているのが病院厚生会である．コ ロナ渦で 20 年以上もの間行われていた事業が中止となった今，いかに福利厚生の充実を図るかが問われ，事業の継続のために 病院厚生会の評議員と検討した．その結果，年末贈答品と相互親睦補助事業は例年通り行う方針とした．事業の実施が減少し た分，年末贈答品に関しては例年より増額し，福利厚生の還元率の増加を図った．病院厚生会事業が病院職員の福利厚生と大きく寄与しているものであることを実感することができた．

The hospital welfare association supports the welfare activities of the hospital workers to interact with each other in multidisciplinary fields. The welfare activities have continued for over 20 years, but had to be cancelled due to Covid-19. We discussed how to continue the operation with the hospital board. As a result, the traditional year-end gifts and support of interaction were continued as usual. Although the activities decreased, the year-end gifts increased, and the return rate was not changed greatly. We felt that the hospital welfare activities contributed to the welfare of the hospital workers.
