CT カンファレンスの効果について

Abstract

平成 22 年 4 月の厚生労働省通達にて，診療放射線技師のさらなる役割として画像診断における読影の補助と検査説明が明記 された．放射線技術科では救急業務として CT 画像の撮影を行っているが，最近では撮影した画像に異常所見を指摘する能力 を求められることもある．そこで平成 30 年 4 月より教育システムの一環として放射線診断科医師に協力を依頼して，CT カン ファレンスを行うことになった．カンファレンスの概要と参加したことで異常所見に気付けた成果について報告する．

According to the notification of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare issued in April 2010, radiographic image interpretation support and explanation of the examination became further roles of the radiologic technologist. The department of radiologic technology has been conducting computed tomography (CT) as a service in the emergency room, but the ability to point out abnormal findings on the CT image is also a demand. From April 2018 we have been having CT conferences with the cooperation of the radiologist as part of the education system. Here we report a summary of the conferences and the abnormal findings that could be obtained as a result of participation in the conference.
