認知症看護認定看護師活動報告 ～短期病棟配属でみえた各病棟で必要な認知症ケアの違いとカンファレンスの重要性～

Abstract

2018 年 7 月に認知症看護認定看護師の資格を取得し，手探りで始めた認定看護師の活動であったが，2019 年度，3 ヶ月毎に 病棟を移動し実際の勤務を行う中で，病棟毎に必要とされる認知症ケアのポイントが違うことが見えた．また，広がりつつあ る各現場での認知症ケアを共有することで院内全体の認知症ケアへのモチベーションが上がることを期待し，自身の認定活動 と共に報告させていただく．

In July 2018, I have acquired the qualification as certified Nurse in dementia nursing. And I started in work as dementia nursing have started from 2019. When I worked at each ward for a short term, I noticed the differences for the dementia care at each ward. I report my activities as certified nurse with the expectation that the motivation for dementia care will improve in the hospital in general by sharing the knowledge on community care.
