Abstract: 病院を取り巻く環境の変化により,急性期病院の効率的な病床運用が求められている.しかし,患者の高齢化,在宅での生 活支援が必要な患者の増加,介護力の低下により,予定通りの退院が難しく,病床の効果的な運用は容易ではない.患者中心 の安全で質の高い医療を提供し,患者満足を向上させ,経営効率を上げると共に,現場スタッフの負担軽減へとつながる仕組 みの導入が必要と考え,2019 年11 月18 日に「患者支援センター」が開設された. 当院患者支援センターの現状報告と抽出された課題から,今後の患者支援センターの効果的な運用について考える.
There is a demand for efficient allocation of beds at the acute phase hospital in order to respond to the current changes surrounding the hospital. However, it is difficult to release patients as scheduled, due to the aging of patients, increase in patients requiring assistance in daily life and lack of assistance at home. Therefore it is not easy to allocate beds efficiently. To solve this problem we opened the Patient Support Center on November 18, 2019 and introduced a system to reduce the load of the responding staff while raising management efficiency, and to provide high quality medical attention centering on the patient’s safety and the patient’s satisfaction. We report the current progress of the Patient Support Center and the issues that need to be attended to. Then we will consider the efficient management of the Patient Support Center.
