Abstract: 私たちは,看護教員と実習指導者が臨地実習における学生の良質な学びに向けた教育実践について,学び合い,語り合い, 協働的に探究することを目的とした協働学習会を企画・運営した.本研究の目的は,協働学習会の参加によってもたらされた 効果を,看護教員の視点から明らかにすることである.今回,研究に同意の得られた看護教員に対して,フォーカスグループ 法による半構造化インタビューを行なった.インタビュー内容は,協働学習会における看護教員の経験およびその経験が実習 指導に与えた影響であった. 協働学習会の意見交換やグループ討議により,実習指導者についての理解や親和的な関係性が深まり,協力関係が促進され た.看護教員と実習指導者が,協働学習会への参加を通して同僚性を築くことで,看護学生が臨地において看護について学ぶ 最良な環境を提供できる.
We designed and implemented cooperative learning sessions for the nurse educator and practical trainer to provide quality education of students during on-site training with the purpose of studying together, talking together and exploring cooperatively. The purpose of this study was to clarify the effect of participating in cooperative learning sessions as evaluated by the nurse educator. The study was conducted by a half structuralized interview according to the focus group method. The nurse educators were interviewed, with their consent, on their experience with the cooperative learning sessions and the influence the experience had on student nurse training. The cooperative learning sessions promoted the cooperative relationship, and deepened the understanding and affinity relationship of the practical trainer through the exchange of opinions and group discussions at the cooperative learning session. Participation in the cooperative learning session strengthened the collegiality of the nurse educator and practical trainer which helped provide a better environment for on-site training of the nurse students.
