呼吸性移動を伴った腫瘍に対する高精度呼吸管理システムを代替する廉価な簡易呼吸管理システム照射法の検討

Abstract

当院では2014 年より，左乳癌の放射線治療において心毒性を低減する目的で深吸気呼吸停止（deep inspiration breathhold：DIBH）法を積極的に用いている．呼吸性移動を伴う腫瘍に対する放射線治療ガイドラインも2019 年改訂版で, 左乳癌の呼吸管理手法が新たに追記された．そこで我々は左乳癌のDIBH 法の経験を活かし, 廉価な材料を用いた呼吸管理システムによる照射技術改善の検討を行ったので報告する．

Since 2014, we have been conducting the deep inspiration breath?hold (DIBH) technique for left breast cancer patients,to reduce radiation-induced cardiac toxicity. The method of respiratory motion monitoring in left breast cancer was described in the guidelines for respiratory motion management in radiation therapy revised in 2019. Based on our experience using the DIBH technique for left breast cancer patients, we developed the respiratory motion monitoring system using inexpensive instruments.
