看護学教育指導者研修（ベーシックコース）の受講報告

Abstract

看護師になるための看護教育制度は，4 年生大学・養成機関3 年の養成所，短大・高校専攻科5 年一貫教育校・准看護師資格 取得後養成機関2 年の養成所の4 つがある．近年4 年生大学の設立が増えてきており実習フィールドが過密になってきている． 充実した実習とするために，指導者も指導内容をフィードバックして学生とともに育ち学びを深める必要がある．

The nursing education system for becoming a registered nurse consists of four facilities: The 4-year college, the 3-year training facility, the 5-year nursing junior college-high school integrated education and 2-year training facility for licensed practical nurses. As a result of the increase in 4-year colleges, the training field for practice is becoming crowded. To provide full practical training, the leaders need feedback of the contents of the guidance and study along with their students.
