泌尿器内視鏡手術セミナーを経験して

Abstract

今回私たちは泌尿器内視鏡手術セミナーに参加させていただき，ブタを使い腎臓摘出術を施行させていただきました．無事 に腎臓部分摘除を行えた班もあれば，麻痺イレウスで腸管が拡張し手術が困難となってしまった班もありました．実際の手術 の難しさを体験することができました．このセミナーを通じて，自ら執刀するという研修医では経験できないことを経験させていただき，また医学の発展と動物を 使用した研究の関係について改めて考えさせられました．

We attended the endourology seminar and performed nephrectomy on pigs. Some groups performed partial nephrectomy successfully, but some groups found difficulty in performing surgery due to intestinal dilatation caused by paralytic ileus. At this seminar, we were able to experience the difficulty in performing the actual surgery. We were able to perform actual surgery which we could not experience as medical interns. We reconsidered the value of the research using animals in the progress in medicine.
