舌に発生した脂肪腫の1例

Abstract

症例は76歳女性．舌下部の腫瘤を主訴に当科を受診した．左側舌下部に弾性軟で境界明瞭な腫瘤を認め，MRI所見にて左舌下部に18㎜ ×18㎜ ×24㎜大の腫瘍性病変を認めた．全身麻酔下にて腫瘍摘出術を施行した．病理組織学的所見にて脂肪腫の診断を得た．術後1年経過するが舌の運動，味覚，知覚障害などは認めていない．口腔領域での脂肪腫の発生は比較的まれである．

A 76-year-old woman was admitted to our department with a complaint of a mass on the tongue．An elastic soft border tumor was found on the left lower tongue surface. Magnetic resonance imaging findings revealed a 18 mm×18 mm×24 mm tumorous lesion in the lower left tongue．Tumorectomy was performed under general anesthesia．Diagnosis of lipoma was obtained by histopathological findings．One year after surgery，disorders of tongue movement, taste，and perceptual dysfunction have not been recognized. Lipomas in the oral cavity are rare.
