認知症看護認定看護師教育課程の受講報告～急性期病院での認知症看護のあり方～

Abstract

2025年の日本は，団塊の世代が75歳に達して後期高齢者となり，国民の3人に1人が65歳以上，5人に1人が75歳以上という人類が経験したことのない『超・超高齢社会』を迎える．当院においても，急性期治療を必要とする認知症者の増加に対応する必要があり，全てのスタッフが認知症について正しく理解することが急務となっている． 認知症看護認定看護師教育課程を受講し，見えてきた当院の課題は，当院を受診・入院したことをきっかけに，認知機能の低下が表面化した軽度認知障害や認知症の人が地域包括ケアシステムの輪に入るための支援が行えること，と考える．そのために必要な取り組みは，認知症ワーキンググループでのチーム医療，スタッフへの教育，および家族のケアであると考え，認知症看護認定看護師として，当院の認知症看護の質の向上に努める．

In 2025，we will be entering a super aging society with the baby boom generation entering the latter stage of elderly (over 75 years old) : one out of three Japanese citizens will be over 65 years old and one out of five will be over 75 years old．In our hospital， We will have to manage an increasing number of patients with dementia who will need acute phase treatment．It has become an urgent issue for all staffs to understand dementia correctly． After attending the curriculum of certified nurse for dementia nursing， I came to the conclusion that patients found to have mild cognitive function or dementia when they visited the hospital or were hospitalized could be supported by introducing them to a general community support system．For that purpose, the important issues are developing a team health care working group，education of the staff and consideration of the patient,s family．As a certified dementia nurse， I will work to improve the quality of dementia nursing at our hospital．
