重症度，医療・看護必要度からみる転倒転落の要因の分析

Abstract

6D病棟は転倒件数が院内で最も多く，転倒予防として1年間かけて様々な取り組みを行った．しかし，転倒件数の減少はみられなかった．今回，転倒転落の要因を重症度，医療・看護必要度から分析を行った．必要度のＡ項目得点が高くなる日に転倒が起こりやすく，B項目得点が高い患者へのケアの時間が短くなっていることが転倒の要因と考えられる．

Ward 6D has the largest number of fall accidents in our hospital．Although various preventive measures were taken during the year, the number of fall accidents did not decrease．This time，the cause of the fall was analyzed according to the severity and need of medical treatment. Falls tended to occur on the days with a high score of necessity items A, and with less time to care for the patients with a high score of items B. This was considered to be a cause of the falls in this ward.
