診療放射線技師のノンテクニカルスキルの重要性～患者満足度調査アンケートから患者対応を考える～

Abstract

チーム医療における安全や質の確保にノンテクニカルスキル（ NTS）が重要視されている．NTSとは，コミュニケーション・チームワーク・状況認識等を包含する総称であり，CT・MRI検査等を行う診療放射線技師においても，チーム医療の一員としてNTSの向上が求められている．今回，毎年病院内で行われている「外来・入院患者満足度調査アンケート」から，当院の診療放射線技師の患者対応や職員対応について現状把握し，今後の改善点について考察を行った．

Non-Technical Skills (NTS) are important to keep the safety and quality of team medical care．NTS involves communication，teamwork，situation recognition and others．Every radiology technologist conducting Computer Tomography/ Magnetic Resonance Imaging (CT/MRI) examinations are expected to be a member of the team medical care to improve the NTS．This time，we identified the current situation of the communication with the patients and staff by analyzing the results of a questionnaire on the degree of satisfaction of the inpatients and outpatients each year in our hospital，and discussed how to further improve NTS．
