当院の取り組み 乳腺外科

Abstract

当科では乳癌手術はもちろんのこと，乳房再建術も積極的に施行している．2016年次の乳がん手術は100例で乳房温存率は 47%であり，乳房再建手術は一次再建術が15例，二次再建術が1例の合計16例であった．また乳腺キャンサーボード，病棟 カンファランス，骨転移ボードをはじめ，積極的にチーム医療に取り組んでいる．京都市立病院乳腺外科の診療内容，2016年 次の実績について詳細に報告した．

We are performing not only breast cancer surgeries but also reconstruction surgeries． In 2016， we operated on 100 breast cancer patients and the ratio of breast-conserving surgery was 47%． Breast re-construction was performed on 16 patients（ 15 primary cases and 1 secondary case）． We are actively practicing collaborative medical care． Also， many conferences are being heldwith doctors in other departments and paramedical staffs，such as cancer board meeting， ward conference for hospitalized patients and board for patients with bone metastasis．
