2016年熊本地方地震における災害医療支援活動報告

Abstract

2016年4月16日熊本地方で発生した震度7の地震に対し，日本災害派遣医療チーム（ disaster medical assistance team： DMAT）として医師・看護師・業務調整員5名の構成で災害医療援助活動を行ってきた．DMAT隊員として普段から準備して いることや，今回の派遣時の状況・実際の活動内容とそこから感じたこと，今後活かしていきたいことなどについてまとめた．

We dispatched a 5-member disaster medical assistance team composed of doctors， nurses and coordinators to provide medical services at the site of the earthquake that struck Kumamoto at a magnitude 7.3 on April 16，2016．The situation at the time of dispatch and the actual activities conducted are summarized．We report how we feel about the services and our suggestions for better future services．
