食事改善の取組と病棟担当制による適切な栄養介入 (第2報)

Abstract

当院では，各診療科の特性を把握し個別の状態に応じた栄養管理を行うために，平成27年7月より栄養士の病棟担当制を開始した．担当制開始後，食事相談やベッドサイド栄養指導の機会が増え，患者との接点を増やすことができた．適切な時期に栄養介入を行うことで，栄養状態の改善や早期退院に向けた取り組みを行いやすくなった．また，残食調査・患者満足度調査・ご意見箱などをもとに献立内容の見直しと食事内容の改善を昨年度に引き続き行った．そこで，第2報として成果と今後の課題を報告する．

In July 2015, we established a system to appoint dieticians to each ward for appropriate nutritional management to meet the requirements of each medical department．After initiation of this system, the opportunity of dietary consultation and nutritional education at the bedside increased．Thus，by appropriate nutritional intervention，the patient's nutritional status was improved and it became easier to support early discharge from hospital．Last year，we started a project to improve the patient's meals by conducting surveys of the leftover food and the patient’s degree of satisfaction，as well as reading the patient's requests put in the message box．This is the second report on the results and future issues.
