抄録: がん患者が治療を継続していく中で，自分らしく生きていける支えになりたいと思い，福岡県久留米市にある久留米大学認定看護師教育センターで，がん放射線療法看護認定看護師課程を受講した．有害事象に対して予測した予防対処を実践し，患者に寄り添った支援をしていく必要性について学んだ．セルフケアを確立し意思決定を支えていくことが自身の役割であると認識することができた．患者の生活に合わせたケアの実践，多職種との連携の強化，病棟・外来・地域にわたる継続的な看護を行い，地域がん診療連携拠点病院の役割を担っていくことを今後の課題としたい．; I enrolled in the Curriculum for Cancer Chemotherapy Nursing at the Education Center for the Certified Nurse in Kurume
City, Fukuoka Prefecture in order to obtain further skills to help each patient continue cancer therapy and live life as each wills. I
learned the need to practice preventive measures foreseeing the adverse events and to understand the patient’s feelings. I was able
to recognize my role in establishing the patient’s selfcare and supporting the patient’s decision-making process. My future project
is to provide care according to the patient’s lifestyle, strengthen the multidisciplinary cooperation, and improve nursing care in the

抄録: がん薬物療法を受ける患者と関わる中で，治療に伴う副作用に対するセルフケアが行えるように支援することは，患者のQOLを向上し治療を継続していく上で重要であると考えた．そのため，がん化学療法看護に関するより専門的な知識と看護実践能力の向上，患者のセルフケア支援やスタッフの教育・指導方法に繋ぎたいと考え，本教育課程を受講した．その中で患者の背景やセルフケアレベルを見極め，副作用に対するセルフケア支援を行っていくことが重要であると学んだ．日々新規の抗がん剤が採用され，レジメン登録されている中で，院内外で患者が安心して治療を受けられるように院内スタッフの教育や，患者への情報提供，多職種との連携を行い，患者・家族の意向に沿った意思決定支援を行っていくことを課題とする．; As a nurse attending patients undergoing cancer chemotherapy, I considered it important to support the patient to conduct selfcare
for the side effects occurring with the therapy in order to improve the patient’s quality of life and enable continuation of the
therapy. I decided to take the training course for cancer chemotherapy nursing to gain professional knowledge on chemotherapy
nursing and practical nursing skills to support the patient’s selfcare and to train and educate the staff. I learned the importance of
analyzing the patient’s situation and level of selfcare to help the patient attend to the side effects. With the constant appearance of
new anti-cancer drugs and registration of new regimes, the important tasks are to educate the hospital staff and conduct multidisciplinary
collaboration to help the patient receive treatment safely as an inpatient and outpatient and support the decision-making

抄録: 地域では，少子高齢化・核家族化が進み，在宅ケアの必要性が高まっている．小児でも，医療的ケア児等の増加に伴い，訪問看護を利用した継続支援の需要が高まっている．入退院支援看護師は，スムーズな入院・治療・退院をめざして活動しており，在宅に向けての支援について学ぶために研修を受講した．その学びを部署での退院支援に生かしている．; Low birthrate and advance of age in the local community accompanied by the growing number of nuclear families have increased
the need of home care. With the increase in the number of children receiving medical care, the demand for continuous
support by home-visiting nurse has increased even for children. The nurse in charge,has been working to support the patient receiving
treatment from hospitalization to discharge. I took part in a training course on home care. I have been able to use the
