タイトル: 認知症看護認定看護師活動報告 ～短期病棟配属でみえた各病棟で必要な認知症ケアの違いとカンファレンスの重要性～ 著者: 坂口, かおり 抄録: 2018 年 7 月に認知症看護認定看護師の資格を取得し，手探りで始めた認定看護師の活動であったが，2019 年度，3 ヶ月毎に 病棟を移動し実際の勤務を行う中で，病棟毎に必要とされる認知症ケアのポイントが違うことが見えた．また，広がりつつあ る各現場での認知症ケアを共有することで院内全体の認知症ケアへのモチベーションが上がることを期待し，自身の認定活動 と共に報告させていただく．; In July 2018, I have acquired the qualification as certified Nurse in dementia nursing. And I started in work as dementia nursing have started from 2019. When I worked at each ward for a short term, I noticed the differences for the dementia care at each ward. I report my activities as certified nurse with the expectation that the motivation for dementia care will improve in the hospital in general by sharing the knowledge on community care.

タイトル: 患者支援センタ－現状と課題 著者: 森川, 久美 抄録: 病院を取り巻く環境の変化により，急性期病院の効率的な病床運用が求められている．しかし，患者の高齢化，在宅での生 活支援が必要な患者の増加，介護力の低下により，予定通りの退院が難しく，病床の効果的な運用は容易ではない．患者中心 の安全で質の高い医療を提供し，患者満足を向上させ，経営効率を上げると共に，現場スタッフの負担軽減へとつながる仕組 みの導入が必要と考え，2019 年11 月18 日に「患者支援センター」が開設された． 当院患者支援センターの現状報告と抽出された課題から，今後の患者支援センターの効果的な運用について考える．; There is a demand for efficient allocation of beds at the acute phase hospital in order to respond to the current changes surrounding the hospital. However, it is difficult to release patients as scheduled, due to the aging of patients, increase in patients requiring assistance in daily life and lack of assistance at home. Therefore it is not easy to allocate beds efficiently. To solve this problem we opened the Patient Support Center on November 18, 2019 and introduced a system to reduce the load of the responding staff while raising management efficiency, and to provide high quality medical attention centering on the patient’s safety and the patient’s satisfaction. We report the current progress of the Patient Support Center and the issues that need to be attended to. Then we will consider the efficient management of the Patient Support Center.

タイトル: PAID を用いた糖尿病患者の心理的側面に与える因子の検討 著者: 山内, 光子; 清水, 茜; 青木, 加奈; 上山, 晃太朗; 濱澤, 悠佑; 冨田, 麻優子; 安威, 徹也; 坂井, 亮介; 小暮, 彰典 抄録: 当院では，糖尿病患者の心理的側面を測定する手段としてPAID（problem areas in diabetes survey：糖尿病問題領域質問表） を活用している．PAID の有効性については，すでに多くの先行研究が行われている．そこで，当院でも同様の結果が得られ るか調査を行った．当院で糖尿病教育入院（教育入院）を受けた糖尿病患者100 名のPAID の結果を電子カルテから取得し， PAID の点数と患者の年齢，性別，罹病期間，HbA1c，その他のデータに関してt 検定，χ2検定，多変量解析を用いて分析を 行った．その結果，高齢者における，退院前のPAID の点数が有意に高い傾向にあった．今回の結果から，患者の高齢化と， 高齢者に対する教育入院そのものの方策について考える機会となった．; At our hospital, we have been using the Problem Areas in Diabetes Survey (PAID) to measure the psychological aspects in diabetes patients. The effectiveness of PAID has been well studied. We conducted a survey to determine whether similar results could be obtained at our hospital. We obtained the electronic medical records of 100 diabetic patients who were hospitalized for education of diabetes, and analyzed PAID score, patient’s age, gender, duration of illness, HbA1c, and other data, using the t test, χ2 test and multivariate analysis. As a result, the PAID score before leaving the hospital tended to be significantly higher in elderly patients. This study revealed the aging of the patients, and raised concern on the application of educational hospitalization for the elderly patients.
